Per our contract, there are no refunds on any paid-in-full courses. A request for contract cancellation may be submitted for review with a written (email) 30-day notice. You may only cancel your contract if you are current on all tuition payments.
Acceptable reasons for cancellation are: 1) permanent disability, injury or long-term illness with physician’s note stating student can no longer practice; 2) moving 20 miles or more away from the school location, etc.
All requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The date of the email will serve as your notice date. Any and all payments due during the 30-day notification period must be paid on-time. If unused, the thirty days will be held in credit.
For monthly tuition, the date of payment (either on the 1st or 15th of the month) pays your tuition for that month. For example – May 15th payment draft = tuition is for May 1-31 classes. If you give a 30-day notice on May 1st, your payment for May will still draft on May 1st or 15th and you will be able to attend classes through the month of May. If you choose to attend classes into June, your June 1st or 15th tuition payment will be due.
